Go School of Real Estate

I cannot remember ever being in an CE course that I enjoyed anymore than this one. The time passed so quickly and I don’t even remember looking at my watch except for breaks. It was great and I learned a lot.

I was very impressed with this class - the way it was presented and the amazing amount of information given. The instructor and class were totally exceptional.

The format and content of the class was AMAZING! Nicolle was super engaging, the class was fun, informative and very interactive. The registration process is easy and Jason is always helpful and quick to assist with the tech side of things too! I highly recommend taking all of your real estate classes, updates, continuing education, etc… here !

Enjoyed the class and its content. As usual, Kelsey’s passion for real estate and teaching make the class enjoyable.

I took my course online & my experience with Goschool has been awesome. Professor Rob has been more than amazing and super knowledgeable and he taught in a way where we could understand properly. If you’re thinking about signing up just do it! You won’t regret it!

ALL three Post Licensing courses from Go School surpassed my expectations because the instructor made the learning of essential but DRY material fun and efficient. The school boasts both Pre-licensing and Post-licensing teachers that are skilled with mnemonics and in getting students to participate. The scheduling and synchronous on-line format fit my busy working schedule much better than other options and were a good value. I will continue to look for Go School offerings for CE.

Michele is an excellent instructor who kept us engaged throughout the course material, and encouraged discussion about relevant topics. She made it clear which topics we should prioritize and did a great job at setting us up for success! I really appreciated all the practice quizzes we had available as study tools. I am super pleased with my experience with Go School, both for pre and post licensing!

Excellent as always! Starts on time, give breaks as scheduled, and they have engaging instructors. I have taken my pre-license and post-license with go school and passed the first time. Ever since, I’ve come back each year for my CE courses! The absolute best!!

Michelle is the Goat at teaching Real Estate. She make each class interesting and engaging so that we understand the information to it’s entirety. I better understand closing disclosures and OTP Contracts in detail. The Go School as a whole is amazing.

Michele was an excellent instructor! She was incredibly fair and understanding when it came to coursework, and she worked through the material in a timely manner. She was able to clear up any confusions we had with ease. I wasn’t aware post-licensing classes would include homework, but I appreciate instructors who give clear instructions and set a clear deadline. Michele was very organized and able to answer questions with ease.

I love Go School. I have used Go School for pre licensing, post licensing and CE since I started in Real estate 7 years ago and wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else for education for Real Estate. Thanks for everything Go School.

Most helpful Real Estate class I have ever had!

The course was intensive and thorough. You get out what you put it. That being said, Kelsey Mallett was an incredible teacher and I would highly recommend taking the course with her. She really cares about helping her students both retain the necessary information to pass the class and state licensing exam and learn about what it means to be a Real Estate Broker. Again, I’d highly recommend this course with Kelsey as the introductor!

I took all three of my post-licensing classes virtually with Kelsey Mallet and really enjoyed my experience! She explained the concepts really well and made sure we mastered the concepts. I loved the real life examples that she provided and how she was always open to questions!

I love goschool so much. I’ve completed everything with them from start to finish. From pre licensing to CU’s, you can’t go wrong with goschool. The materials and instructors are simply amazing. Kelsey Mallett was my instructor for all of my post licensing and I love her style.

After the stress that pre licensing brings, Kelsey makes post licensing a breeze! Her laid back demeanor made all post licensing courses fly by with no stress at all. Thanks to Michele, Kelsey, and Jason for all their help and dedication to their students!

I had a great experience attending GO schools pre licensing class with Kelsey Mallett as my instructor. She made learning the material fun and easy to engage and ask questions. Everyone involved at the school has been extremely helpful and went above and beyond to be available to make sure everyone is prepared for testing. I would absolutely recommend GO school if you’re looking to start your real estate journey! I look forward to taking post licensing with them in the future!

I was so nervous about taking this course online but thankfully I had a great instructor with many years of experiences and real-life stories to share for understanding. Neal (instructor) and Jason (director) also hosted additional review sessions outside of the normal class time for us to ask questions and gain understanding on topics we were struggling with or that would be high test areas. Unfortunately, this was not my first time taking the prelicensing real estate course but their extra efforts definitely impacted my overall success.

I will say, it takes EXTRA discipline to take this course online - and if this is your first time taking the prelicensing course, I may even advocate for taking it in-person, if that is an option. If not though, just make sure your study space is uninterrupted during class time so you can focus because there is a lot to learn within just a few months, understand that you MUST study outside of class (that statement is taken for granted sometimes), and know your vocabulary, laws and contracts. Biggest takeaway, DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE this class. You will be humbled when you take the test.
